📍 Booth Space Details
• Each booth space measures 12 ft wide x 12 ft deep
• Your entire setup must fit within this space, including tents, trailers, and trailer tongues
• Booths are placed directly next to each other — there is no extra space
• If your setup exceeds these dimensions, you must purchase an additional booth
• Vendors who cannot fit within their assigned space will forfeit their booth without refund
Kaneville Fest maintains sole authority over booth placement.
Date: Saturday, August 28th, 2026
Vendor Setup Begins: 2:30 PM
Festival Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Earliest Teardown: 8:00 PM or when cleared by Kane County Police
Final setup instructions and entry details will be emailed the week before the festival.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your booth is not secured until the registration form has been submitted and approved.

Please read the application carefully before submitting.
• Vendors must provide their own tent or shelter
• There is no electricity available — vendors must supply their own power if needed
• All equipment, tables, signs, and displays must stay within your marked booth space
• Menu pricing (if applicable) must be clearly visible with lettering at least 2” high
🚫 Vendor Conduct
• Vendors may not leave their booth to solicit customers
• No yelling or approaching patrons
• No smoking in booths
• Appropriate attire is required
• Foul or abusive language toward patrons or staff will not be tolerated
Failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the festival.
• On-site cooking is not permitted
• Pre-packaged, pre-made food items are allowed
• Food vendors are already contracted for this event
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean throughout the event and during teardown.
Grease & Gray Water:
• Must be removed from festival grounds by the vendor
• Pouring grease into drains will result in immediate removal
Trash:
• Must be taken regularly to the festival dumpsters
• Do not allow trash to pile up at your booth
• Vendors generating large waste volumes (ex: corn cobs) may be required to rent a 2-yard container from Kaneville Fest
All vendors must comply with security measures set by the Village of Kaneville, Kaneville Fest, and Kane County authorities.
Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the festival.
